Defeat King Gobbamak in Operation: Mechagon while the Sacred Gear is charged in Mythic Difficulty.

Defeat Yazma while all four Shadowflame Sconces are lit in Atal'Dazar on Mythic difficulty.

Defeat a Mana Devourer while the entire party is riding a Rodents of Usual Size.

Defeat the Shade of Medivh while all party members have Paranoid in Return to Karazhan.
