Obtain the Reins of the Raven Lord from Anzu in Sethekk Halls.

Collect a Heirloom item.

Defeat Kargath Bladefist in Highmaul on Mythic difficulty.

Defeat Imperator Mar'gok atop his citadel in Highmaul on Heroic difficulty or higher, prior to the release of the next tier of raid content.
