Defeat a Waxing Twilight Soul and then defeat the Sisters of the Moon in Tomb of Sargeras on Normal difficulty or higher.

Collect any class armor set from Gruul's Lair, Karazhan, and Magtheridon's Lair.

Don't allow any ghouls to reach Devlynn Styx during the Blight Boar concert.

Participate in a perfect performance of the Blight Boar concert.

Participate in the Blight Boar concert.

Complete an artifact challenge quest line and unlock a new appearance for your artifact weapon.

Defeat Kil'jaeden in Tomb of Sargeras on Heroic difficulty or higher, before the opening of the next raid tier.
