Defeat Yogg-Saron without any raid member going insane in 25-player mode.

Allow Necrotic Plague to stack to 30 before defeating the Lich King in 10-player mode.

Complete all of Hemet Nesingwary quests in Northrend up to and including Post-partum Aggression.

Complete the Ring of Blood quests in Nagrand and the Ampitheater of Anguish quests in Zul'Drak.

Defeat C'Thun.

Defeat Lord Rhyolith in the Firelands without ever causing him to turn left while his armor is intact.
