Reach Prestige Level 12.

Collect any class armor set from PvP Season 21 or 22.

Use a Sentinax beacon in each of the following areas.

Contribute to the Nether Disruptor on the Broken Shore 5 times.

Earn an exalted supply reward from any faction within the Broken Isles.

Collect any class armor set from the Heart of Fear and Terrace of Endless Spring.

Collect any class armor set from Ulduar.

Earn Revered status with the Armies of Legionfall.

Complete the Broken Isles achievements listed below.

Recruit your Legionfall campaign follower by completing the quest "Champions of Legionfall."

Complete the Moroes encounter in Return to Karazhan after defeating all 4 dinner guests within 10 seconds of each other.

Reach Prestige Level 11.

Reach Prestige level 9 and earn a Crest of Carnage.
