Achieve victory in an expedition to Crestfall on any difficulty.

Defeat Overseer Korgus in Tol Dagor.

Equip a tabard.

Complete Roko the Wandering Merchant's questline in Tiragarde Sound.

Defeat Harlan Sweete in Freehold.
