Defeat the Council of Elders in Throne of Thunder on Heroic difficulty.

Defeat Horridon in Throne of Thunder on Heroic difficulty.

Defeat Jin'rokh the Breaker in Throne of Thunder on Heroic difficulty.

Defeat Archimonde in The Battle for Mount Hyjal.

Defeat Illidan Stormrage in The Black Temple.
