Upgrade your shipyard to level 2.

Honor the flames of Kalimdor.

Desecrate the Horde's bonfires in Kalimdor.

Honor the flames of Pandaria.

Honor the flames of Outland.

Desecrate the Horde's bonfires in Outland.

Honor the flames of Northrend.

Desecrate the Horde's bonfires in Northrend.

Defeat the following bosses at the entrance to Hellfire Citadel:

Defeat Supreme Lord Kazzak in Tanaan Jungle.

Defeat Teron'gor in Auchindoun on Mythic difficulty.

Construct a shipyard for your garrison.
