Destroy both of Kologarn's arms and then Kologarn himself within 12 seconds in 10-player mode.

Defeat XT-002 Deconstructor after destroying his heart in 10-player mode.

Defeat Deathwing on Normal or Heroic Difficulty in the Dragon Soul raid.
