Obtain a Red Qiraji Resonating Crystal.

Defeat Sindragosa in 10-player mode without any member of your raid receiving more than 5 stacks of Mystic Buffet.

Defeat Jin'do the Godbreaker in Zul'Gurub on Heroic Difficulty.

Defeat 20 Twisted Spirits within 15 seconds during the Jin'do encounter in Zul'Gurub on Heroic Difficulty.

Defeat Ivanyr without taking any damage from Charged Bolt in The Arcway on Mythic difficulty.
