Don't let Hekima cast Hekima's Wisdom in the Blood in the Snow scenario.

Complete the Blood in the Snow scenario.

Defeat Beth'tilac in Firelands on Heroic Difficulty.

Defeat Darkmaster Gandling in Scholomance on Heroic Difficulty.
