Complete the following special encounters in Mechagon.

Adventure with Vim Brineheart until they reach Rank 10.

Revive Scrappy in Rustbolt and feed him a Mechano-Treat.

Adventure with Poen Gillbrack until they reach Rank 20.

Earn the allegiance of the Kul Tirans and welcome them into the Alliance.
